You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any copies, however made, and from distributing the software and/or documentation
with other products (commercial or otherwise) or on disk/CD-ROM without express prior
written permission.

1. GRANTING OF LICENSE. Red Games, as Licenser, grants to you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive
non-transferable, limited right and licence to install and use this Software.
You may use the SOFTWARE on a single computer.

This Software is licensed, not sold. Your licence confers no title or ownership in
this Software and should not be construed as a sale of any rights in this Software.

2.OWNERSHIP: All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and
to this Software and any and all copies thereof (including but not limited to any titles,
computer code,
Themes, objects, character names, stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, concepts,
artwork, animation, sounds, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, any related
documentation, and logos incorporated into this Software) are owned by Red Games, or
its licensors.

The copyright laws of the United Kingdom, international copyright treaties and
conventions and other laws protect this Software.

This Software may contain certain licensed materials and Red Games licensors may
protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.

3. YOU SHALL NOT:

Redistribute this software on disk/CD-ROM without the express prior written consent of
Red Games.
Exploit this software or any of its parts commercially or otherwise.
Sell, rent, lease, or licence this Software, or any copies of this Software,
without the express prior written consent of Red Games.
Reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create
derivative works of this Software, in whole or in part, save to the limited extent
permitted by law.
Remove, disable or circumvent any proprietary notices or labels contained on or within
the Software.
Export or re-export this Software or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable
laws or regulations
Alter or modify in any way the installer program or create a new installer for the Software.
4. The free trial version of the software may be freely distributed to other users provided that the software remains unaltered. RedGames actively encourage all websites, forums, CD vendors and other online/offline services to distribute the free trial version of the software.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE
